"Pinc Lavender Bramble"
Try this... "Pinc Lavender Bramble" Cocktail.
Try out this twist on the classic bramble cocktail by using Hurt Liqueur and French lavender syrup! This cocktail was created by @beck_cygnetdistillery
- 25ml Hurt Liqueur
- 50ml Cygnet Pinc Gin
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 12.5ml homemade Lavender syrup
How to Make:
- Add 50ml gin, 25ml lemon juice and 12.5ml syrup to a rocks glass with a handful of crushed ice. Stir with a bar spoon.
- Fill to brim with crushed ice & pour over 25ml Hurt Liqueur - watch the intense colour bleeding through the ice!
- Optional: Garnish with fresh lavender sprig and blackberries.
