- Shake gin, Hurt Liqueur, kiwi syrup and 2 mint leaves (give them a little slap first) in a boston shaker with ice.
- Pour into an ice filled wine or copa glass.
- Build your glass with fresh sliced & dehydrated strawberries, kiwi & mint leaves.
- Top with elderflower tonic.
- Garnish with fresh mint & fresh strawberries.

Kick back in the sun with this refreshing cocktail - perfect for summer afternoons with friends. This cocktail was created by @glassmatesuk
Ingredients:
How to Make:
- Grab your cocktail shaker and add ice cubes.
- Measure out 45ml of Gin, 12ml of Sugar Cane Syrup, 30ml of Lemon Juice. Pour all of these into your shaker.
- Pop on the lid and shake!
- Fill a glass with crushed ice then pour the contents of your shaker over the crushed ice.
- Time to add the berry burst! Drizzle 12.5ml of Hurt Liqueur over the ice and watch the colour filter down the ice.
- Optional: Garnish with a lemon slice and a blackberry.

- Grab your cocktail shaker and add 25ml of Hurt Liqueur and 40ml of Vodka. (Depending how fruity you like your drink you can decrease the Vodka and increase the Hurt Liqueur.)
- Add 25ml of Lemon Juice and 1tsp of Bonne Maman Cherry Jam to your shaker.
- Add ice and shake!
- Single strain over a rocks glass filled with cubed ice.

- Measure out 1.25oz of Hurt Liqueur and 1oz of Honey Infused Vodka. Pour both over your ice cube. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top.

]]>Old Fashioned cocktails are traditionally made using Whiskey - we have added a twist on this classic cocktail by using Vodka! This easy three step cocktail was created by @bartender_katie
Ingredients:
How to Make:
- Grab your favourite rocks glass and drop in 1 x brown sugar cube. Add 7.5ml of Rose Vermouth over the top. Crush the sugar cube.
- Fill your glass halfway with ice cubes. Measure out 35ml of Hurt Liqueur and 50ml of Vodka. Now it's time to add that burst of colour to your glass! Pour them both over the ice cubes.
- Stir for 15-20 seconds until cold and diluted. Top your glass with more ice and a splash of water (Optional).
